Although Vinci-Technologies developped a ''Commercial Pilot Plants'' offer, we also carry on in our main core business : the construction of pilot and demonstration plants according to special client requests in order to help our customer to bring their technology from concept to commercial.
Vinci-Technologies has developped an extensive knowlege in the scale-up and the development of innovative process technology. We reached success by using a rigourous project management method. Today Vinci-Technologies is able to provide its clients a full set of services concerning engineering, procurement, construction, installation and comissioning offering to our customer full integrated and turn key solutions.
 With
broad international experience in the design, engineering, project
management, procurement and construction management of pilot plants,
Vinci-Technologies provides the technical and management skills to take
our customer
projects from concept to reality.
For each project, Vinci-Technologies gathers a team of experienced project
managers, engineers, procurement and construction specialists to provide our
clients with high-performance, quality equipment, with a mutual goal to
deliver projects on time and within budget.
All EPC projects from Vinci go through the same steps :
- Basic engineering
We deliver a project design basis, a process description according to customer requirments and process flow diagrams (PFD). This phase allow our customer to clarify their needs and finalize their request for bid document. This phase also allow us to provide a lump sum price for the requested plant.
- Detailled engineering
We deliver three process and instrumentation diagrams (PID) dimensional drawings, equipment list and equipment Process Data Sheet, Process Instrumentation Philosophy and Logic Diagram, electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, Plant Layout and Battery Limit list ...
Our equipment is modularized to minimize site erection time where
construction costs are at a premium. The need for heavy lifting
equipment and scaffolding can be reduced, saving time, space and costs
- Procurement
Our resources are strategically located to ensure cost-effective, timely
project delivery. Our procurement team strives to purchase commodities
locally as much as possible to minimize transportation costs and
duties.
- Construction
Our construction management team are experienced professionals who
demand high standards for each project. Working with our project
teams, construction partners and clients’ operating personnel, plants
are prepared for safe start-up and production, focusing on safety, cost,
and schedule.
- Pre testing & Factory acceptance test
We always invite clients to test their unit in our workshop with inert material. If the size of the unit does not allow to perform an overall test, the system may be tested by subsections.
- Shipping
Our
international shipping services manage the cross border processes and assist with customs procedures,
organize documentation, and provide visibility to the movement of your
equipment from origination to destination point.
- Commissioning and start-up
Vinci-Technologies ensures the proper installation and start-up of units prior to the handover to the end user. Our successful track
record of testing and commissioning procedures helps develop a steadfast
facility commissioning plan and comprehensive schedule to meet our
client needs.
Vinci-Technologies provides the capability to successfully
direct projects from inception through delivery, installation and
startup. Whether the scope includes engineering and procurement, or is
full turnkey, our staff of experienced project managers will ensure
successful project execution. Our key capabilities are:
- Ability to produce detailed schedules in Microsoft Project format
- Status reports and update meetings
- Ability to source materials globally to ensure timely, cost effective equipment delivery
- Capability to produce and deliver engineering documents in the client’s desired format
