Video tracker (VT series)

Designed to measure volumes of liquid produced in a glass collector during a process at ambient conditions. The device consists of a precision bore calibrated glass collector, a capturing unit made of two video cameras with backlighting and a data acquisition station with video software to log and display the pictures of produced liquid volumes versus time. Two glass collectors of 100 ml and 300 ml capacity are provided with the instrument. Measurement of produced fluids is performed with two video cameras which monitor the position of the interface of two fluids in the collector. The position of the interface is directly proportional of the volumes of fluids. The high resolution cameras are equipped with an integrated zoom and a back lighting installed in the rear side of the collector.  The cameras are connected to the computer station so that the images of fluids can be displayed and recorded on the PC. The video software incorporates  facilities which enable to detect automatically liquid/ liquid and gas/ liquid interface.
