MRT-Multi Reactor Catalyst Testing unit

Description

The MRT (Multi-Reactor Testing) Unit developed by Vinci Technologies is a chemical pilot plant dedicated to catalyst testing under industrially representative conditions. It enables simultaneous evaluation of multiple catalysts in parallel or series configurations. The unit is designed for refining and petrochemical applications, including hydrotreating and hydrocracking. Independent gas and liquid feed systems allow precise control of operating conditions. Each reactor is equipped with its own furnace for accurate temperature control. High- and low-pressure separation systems ensure reliable product recovery. Advanced automation and data acquisition enable stable, reproducible operation. The MRT unit accelerates catalyst screening and comparison. It supports process optimization and technology validation. Overall, it reduces development and scale-up risks by delivering high-quality experimental data.

Features

Multi-reactor configuration allowing parallel or series catalyst testing
