Description

The STR-Series is a modular range of high-pressure, high-temperature stirred tank reactors designed for demanding laboratory and pre-pilot applications. The platform offers three configurations with operating conditions up to 500 bar and 550 °C, and five interchangeable reactor volumes from 100 to 2,000 mL. It can operate in either batch (BSTR) or continuous-flow (CSTR) mode and features high-torque magnetic agitation without a dynamic shaft seal for improved containment at high pressure. Wetted parts are available in 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy® C-276, Inconel® or titanium, allowing the system to address applications such as catalysis, synthetic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, energy, green chemistry and advanced materials. A wide range of options—including HP syringe pumps, gas flow control, BPR/ABPR, sampling systems, pH, NIR and HP microscopy—can be fully integrated. The complete system is operated through a single Vinci Technologies supervision software, which controls and records pressure, temperature, agitation, flow rates and other process parameters, providing a fully integrated turnkey HP/HT reactor platform
