Description
Vinci Technologies offers a versatile range of hydraulically driven piston compressors for high-pressure gas compression and closed-loop recirculation. Designed for pilot plants, laboratory systems and process development, the range combines flexible operation, robust construction and straightforward maintenance. The compressors handle gases including hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, with materials and seals selected to suit the application. Standard models provide discharge pressures up to 200 bar absolute and compression ratios up to 4:1. A dedicated hydraulic power unit drives the piston separators through successive suction and compression strokes. Adjustable operating cycles allow compressor performance to be adapted to process requirements. The range comprises three complementary series:
Series 2100 Compact: a single compression branch with 1 L piston separators, offering flow rates from 55 to 460 NL/min.
Series 2200 Medium capacity: two alternating branches with 1 L piston separators, offering flow rates from 110 to 910 NL/min.
Series 2300 High capacity: two alternating branches with 2 L piston separators, offering flow rates from 225 to 1,800 NL/min.
Available flow depends on the selected model, inlet pressure and compression ratio. Maximum capacities correspond to equal inlet and outlet pressures, making these configurations suitable for gas circulation duties. On dual-branch models, one branch fills while the other compresses and discharges, increasing throughput and reducing discharge-flow pulsations. For hazardous gas applications, two piston separators installed in series provide an additional barrier between the process gas and hydraulic circuit. An intermediate pressure transducer enables automatic detection of leakage past the primary separator. A PLC-based control system provides clear access to operating status, alarms and configuration settings. Modbus connectivity supports remote monitoring, while an analog control signal enables flow regulation using external flow measurement. Each package includes a complete hydraulic power unit, appropriately sized gas piping and check valves. Accessible components and replaceable piston seals simplify planned maintenance and help control operating costs. Custom configurations are available for applications requiring higher pressures, greater flow capacities or specific integration requirements.

Benefits
* Cost-effective investment: Standard hydraulic components and a modular design offer the potential for lower acquisition costs than selected diaphragm compressor solutions.
* Flexible process integration: Adjustable compression cycles and multiple configurations accommodate different gas compression and recirculation requirements.
* Enhanced hydraulic circuit protection: Dual piston separators provide an additional barrier, while intermediate pressure monitoring enables automatic leakage detection.
* Smoother gas delivery: Alternating dual-branch operation reduces discharge-flow pulsations and improves flow regularity.
* Simplified operation and maintenance: PLC control, Modbus connectivity and accessible components facilitate monitoring, servicing and planned seal replacement.
