Description
The FlowLess Downhole System is an advanced Pipe Conveyed Logging solution designed to enhance safety, reliability, and performance in high-pressure, high-temperature wells. Unlike traditional systems, it integrates a FlowLess Latching Assembly (FLLA) equipped with a piston-based check valve that prevents well fluids from entering the drillpipe, acting as an effective well control barrier. This design eliminates the always-open flow path found in conventional latching subs, significantly reducing well control risks. The check valve remains closed under downhole pressure and only opens when internal drillpipe pressure is applied to enable controlled mud circulation. The system is specifically engineered to withstand extreme differential pressures encountered in deep wells. It incorporates VTLC-8 HPHT wet connectors, supporting up to eight conductors to ensure stable power, telemetry, and armor grounding. This improves data reliability and avoids random electrical failures. The FlowLess system also minimizes solids accumulation around the latching area, enhancing operational cleanliness. Its robust mechanical architecture supports fast tripping operations without pulling a wet string. Overall, the FlowLess Downhole System delivers safer, cleaner, and more reliable pipe conveyed logging in demanding well environments

Benefits
* Enhanced well control safety, as the piston-based check valve prevents well fluids and solids from entering the drillpipe, acting as an effective downhole barrier.
* Reliable operation in HPHT environments, with components rated up to 30,000 psi and 500°F, suitable for deep and challenging wells.
* Improved logging data quality and reliability, enabled by VTLC-8 wet connectors supporting 8 conductors for stable power, telemetry, and armor grounding.
* Reduced risk of solids accumulation, thanks to the closed flow path and large flow-thru design that keeps the latching area clean.
* Faster and safer drillpipe tripping operations, as the check valve allows excess drilling mud to drain, preventing wet-string handling and reducing non-productive time
