For each project, Vinci-Technologies gather a team of experienced project managers, engineers, and procurement and construction specialists to provide its clients with high-performance, quality equipment delivered in a timely manner and within budget.  

Vinci Technologies designs and manufactures pilot plants that can be installed in standard laboratory environments or integrated into containerized units. These containerized pilot plants are fully transportable and can be deployed directly at the location of the feedstock, enabling on-site testing and process validation. Today, this approach is primarily applied to e-fuel pilot plants, supporting flexible, decentralized, and efficient development of synthetic fuel technologies.


 All of Vinci's projects follow the same steps: 
 
 Basic engineering:
We produce a project design basis, a process description following our customer's requirements and the process flow diagrams they provide. This allows the client to clarify their needs and finalise their requests in the bid document. This phase also allows us to provide an overall price estimate for the requested plant.

Detailed engineering:
We produce process and instrumentation diagrams, dimensional drawings, equipment lists and Process Data Sheets, a Process Instrumentation Philosophy and Logic Diagram, electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, a Plant Layout and Battery Limit list etc
Our equipment is designed to minimise site erection time and lower construction costs. The need for heavy lifting equipment and scaffolding can be reduced so as to save on time, space and costs.

Procurement:
Our resources are strategically located to ensure cost-effective, timely project delivery. Our procurement team strives to source equipment locally to minimise transportation costs and duties. 

Construction:
Our construction management team is made up of experienced professionals who operate according to high standards. Our project teams, construction partners and clients’ operating personnel collaborate to ensure plants are prepared for safe start-up and production, with a special focus on safety, costs, and schedule.

 Pre-testing & Factory acceptance test:
We always invite clients to test their unit in our workshops with inert materials. If the size of the unit does not allow for an overall test to be performed, the system can be tested in subsections. 

 Shipping:
Our international shipping services provide assistance with customs procedures, transportation, organise documentation, and track your equipment until it reaches its final destination.

Commissioning and start-up:
Our highly successful track record of testing and commissioning procedures have helped us to develop a reliable commissioning plan and comprehensive schedules to meet our clients' needs. Vinci-Technologies ensures units are adequately installed and launched prior to the final handover to the client.
