BTSP 250-10 Syringe pump with cooling system for C02 applications

Description

The CO₂ pump, with its cylinder set at subambient temperature, is used to inject CO₂ into a process. CO₂ is initially loaded in its gaseous phase into the pump cylinder from a standard CO₂ bottle. Once inside, the CO₂ liquefies, allowing a larger volume to be stored under high pressure. This liquefied CO₂ is then injected into the process. The motorized, piston-driven pump offers constant pressure and flow rate modes, features accurate pressure monitoring via a transducer, and includes manual isolation valves for precise fluid control. Additionally, the pump cylinder is cooled by a water jacket connected to a thermostatic bath.
